Flow rack is a First-In First-Out (FIFO) system of storage perfect for restaurants and perishable goods. The merchandise is loaded and unloaded on opposite sides of the slanted rack, allowing gravity to gently flow forward to the picking end. This allows for constant stock rotation and easy operator retrieval.
